Santhal People Group Training Update

​August 2025 team of Brother Dil Kumar Chepang and Ps. Raju Sundas conducted follow-up training with pastors from 14 Santhal churches.This engagement brought us together by our God towards impactful training event, with the Santhal community local residents’ people.

Major highlights of the trainings were regarding community people such as including the participant's encouragement to take the Gospel to their households and share practical solutions for their community needs. This comes along with their upcoming growth in personal and leadership development. Our tasks on training also carried the ideas on self-awareness, communication, and decision-making quality in individuals as how they can influence positive change adding the self-growth from time management to emotional resilience. For example- to bring out better support in community needs roles, group collaboration, action planning etc. Participants formed action teams to brainstorm and present practical initiatives which they plan to implement in their neighborhoods — from youth programs to skill-sharing circles. We distributed the book Seeds in the Forest (by brother Stan and team) to equip leaders in movement-building. This initiative has already sparked interest in follow-up sessions, with participants committing to monthly meet-ups, local volunteer drives, and a growing network of community change-makers. Several attendees have also expressed interest in launching community-led initiatives in further days to come.
